Steve Coogan plays the infamous
Paul Raymond in this compelling biographical drama.
Paul Raymond rose from humble beginnings to establish a vast empire in
publishing and property. Creator of 'Paul Raymond Publications' - which
encompassed such titles as 'Mayfair' and 'Escort' - a later move into
property saw him dubbed 'The King of Soho'. As a result, he also became
the wealthiest man in Britain. Now, acclaimed director Michael
Winterbottom reunites with Steve Coogan for this revealing biopic based
on Raymond's life. It's their latest collaboration following 24 Hour
Party People, A Cock and Bull Story and well-received TV series The
Trip. The story focuses on the women who featured in Raymond's life -
notably his wife Jean (Anna Friel), glamour model Fiona Richmond (Tamsin
