Synopsis

The hit spoof franchise delivers its fifth instalment - poking yet more fun at the world of horror and pop culture! The Scary Movie series started off by taking digs at Wes Craven's classic Scream. Now, this latest entry takes pot shots at such targets as the Paranormal Activity movies and Inception! Married couple Dan (Simon Rex) and Jody (Ashley Tisdale) realise there's something very wrong in their house. For one thing, the alarm system keeps tripping - but getting it to shut up is no easy matter! Dan and Jody realise they're being plagued by a supernatural menace and must call on all the help at their disposal - even a 'dream extractor' who bears an uncanny resemblance to a certain A-list actor... With appearances from Charlie Sheen and Lindsay Lohan, your favourite movies will never seem the same again now that the Scary Movie guys have got their hands on them!

Synopsis

The Place Beyond The Pines 2013

Synopsis

A chance encounter between a bank robber and a policeman resounds across the generations in this sprawling thriller. Luke (Ryan Gosling) is a motorcycle stuntman who regularly participates in carnivals across New York State. Then one day, his life changes forever when his ex, Romina (Eva Mendes), informs him that he has an infant son. Realising he must provide for the child, Luke becomes a bank robber, putting his motorcycle skills to use when it comes to making a quick getaway. Meanwhile, ambitious policeman Avery Cross (Bradley Cooper) is aiming to ascend the ladder whilst beset on all sides by rampant corruption. When the lives of these two very different men unexpectedly smash together, it has significant consequences not just for them but also, years later, for their sons. Blue Valentine director Derek Cianfrance reunites with Ryan Gosling for this atmospheric and violent drama. The impressive cast also includes Rose Byrne and Ray Liotta.

The Look Of Love 2013

Synopsis

Steve Coogan plays the infamous Paul Raymond in this compelling biographical drama. Paul Raymond rose from humble beginnings to establish a vast empire in publishing and property. Creator of 'Paul Raymond Publications' - which encompassed such titles as 'Mayfair' and 'Escort' - a later move into property saw him dubbed 'The King of Soho'. As a result, he also became the wealthiest man in Britain. Now, acclaimed director Michael Winterbottom reunites with Steve Coogan for this revealing biopic based on Raymond's life. It's their latest collaboration following 24 Hour Party People, A Cock and Bull Story and well-received TV series The Trip. The story focuses on the women who featured in Raymond's life - notably his wife Jean (Anna Friel), glamour model Fiona Richmond (Tamsin Egerton) and his daughter Debbie (Imogen Poots). The film aims to be a frank and honest expose of a famous yet mysterious figure - one who has continued to remain an enigma since his death in 2008.

Synopsis

Synopsis

Gerard Butler must save the US President in this bullet-strewn action movie! When The White House is attacked by a terrorist mastermind posing as a foreign delegate, America is brought to its knees!
